Dental implants are titanium screws fixed into the jaw, with a dental crown or false tooth attached on top to provide a natural-looking tooth replacement.

How Full mouth dental implants work
All-on-4 works by embedding four titanium metal posts into the bone of the jaw. These form the new roots for your teeth.
During your dental assessment, your dentist will examine the state of your jawbone and gum where the teeth might be missing or lost. We’ll take X-rays and scans as needed, to give us an accurate evaluation of the area where the dental implants are needed and to help us plan your new smile.
With the All On 4 dental implant procedure, the posterior implants are tilted 45° towards the rear of the mouth and placed into the region of the jaw with higher bone density. Compared to other implant methods, this technique doesn’t require the same density of bone to secure the implant.
